Exploit and defend copyrights

We're a music publishing company and what the music publisher does is quite hard to explain in only a few words. Not because it's that complicated but because our work covers so many areas of music exploitation and administration.

As a music publisher you're hired to represent the copyrights of a songwriter. To exploit and defend the rights of the songwriter and to ensure that he or she gets paid properly for every usage of a copyright.

To make it simple, a copyright is used everytime you hear music anywhere. In most cases you're, as a songwriter, supposed to be paid for the usage of your song.

Development and administration

As a music publisher we stand on two steady legs - Development and Administration.

We're constantly looking for the most talented songwriters there is to find in Scandinavia. Sometimes they're in a band. Sometimes they want to write music for other artists. Sometimes they're an artist writing their own music.Sometimes they want to write music for films, ads and TV.

Depending on which of the above you are it will require a different treatment. If you're a young band and need help to develop, we can help you to get your demo recordings right and then find you a suitable record label that wants to sign you and release your record.

If you're a songwriter our job is to ensure you the best possible circumstances to write and to place your songs with artists, around the world, that are looking for songs. We gather the information about who's looking for what and help to point you in the right directions musically. We hook you up with suitable co-write partners and we hook you up with artists that need co-writers.
We work to place your music into films, ads and games.

Basically, our job is to exploit your music accordingly to how you want it exploited.

The other, equally important part of our job is administration. Meaning;
We register your songs properly. We collect your money from all possible sources in all corners of the world. This might sound easy but it requires accuracy and skills.
