Managing Director
Ben Malén is the MD of Air Chrysalis Scandinavia since September 2003. Ben is for the general public probably most known for being the singer and songwriter in the Swedish pop group Trance Dance (1985-1990) with hits such as "Don't Say Go" and "You're Gonna Get It". Between 1993-2003 Ben was running the independent music publishing companies Jimmy Fun Music and Tom Bone Music together with Roxette's Per Gessle and Jan Beime.

Financial Director
Kristina Kaas is Air Chrysalis' Financial Director. She's been with the company since 2007.

David Rowley is Air Chrysalis' Director of A&R. He's been with the company since 2001.
